Great location, just few minutes from Termini by walk, 10-15 min to Coloseum. We have a Family room, stay for three nights with two kids, very clean and tidy room. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. 100 % worth it to come back next time. Recommend to everyone.

If you are looking for a US hotel experience, this is not your hotel. Howevber, if you want a convenient location, a mini fridge, and very good air conditioning, this is the place for you - and the building has an elevator. In a few minutes you can be at the main train station and subway access and there is a convenience type store next door to where the hotel is located. Great pillows, good matress and tile floors that feel great on barefeet, after being out in the Rome heat. Bonus - the map the hotel gives out is a very good map.

This hotel is really convenient when travelling by train to/from Termini station. It is on the 3rd floor right on Via Cavour, just two blocks down from the station, and still within walking distance to most attractions in Rome. We had a triple room towards the back yard, so it was nice and quiet even with the window open. There are shops, restaurants and grocery stores all around, so it did not bother us that they did not offer breakfast. Good wifi, nice towels, ok beds and the rate was low for Rome, so would not mind staying here again!

Nice hotel near Roma Termini. It was basic hotel room with a small TV. The room was clean. The location great. We walked to Colosseum and Roma Termini. Each floor in the building is a separate hotel. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The price was reasonable based on what we paid for a family room. We had to remind the front desk to adjust the room temp.

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Its biggest advantage is obviously the location, just 5min walk from Termini Central Station. On your visit to Italy you will have to go through Termini every time. You will get very clean and quiet room, great facilities in the room, with closets, comfy bed, TV, mini bar, and a safe. Shower is great and very clean. Giovanna was extremely nice and kind. Cost was too fair!
